Wordpress?

I've been considering switching to Wordpress - but I'm not sure how easy it is to transfer an entire blog. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    I don't know if you are familiar with her work but April over at Ethecofem migrated from Wordpress to Blogger a few months ago so she might have some tips on migration and about blogging life on Wordpress (I was blogging with her over there at the time but she's the main brain).
